Corners Mansion Inn – A Bed and Breakfast

Step back in time to the gracious Vicksburg home of Macy Whitney and her husband, Joe Trahan. Built in 1873 as a wedding gift, The Corners sits atop a bluff overlooking the Mississippi and Yazoo Rivers in the distance. Enjoy Victorian elegance in the large double parlor with period antiques and a baby grand piano. The original crown molding and ceiling medallions grace the 13′ space with trompe l’oeil clouds, heart pine flooring and 11′ windows characterize the grandeur of the period. Our sumptuously appointed guest rooms all have private bats to provide a variety of memorable experiences. Choose from canopied beds, fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, private porches with spectacular views. The Classic Greek Revival style property now has 16 guest rooms of which some are adjoining and can accommodate groups of up to 40 people
